“Be careful that you do not forget the LORD your God, failing to observe his commands, his laws and his decrees that I am giving you this day. Deuteronomy 8:11-18

Otherwise, when you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down, and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold Deuteronomy 8:11-18

increase and all you have is multiplied, then your heart will become proud and you will forget the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. Deuteronomy 8:11-18

 He led you through the vast and dreadful desert, that thirsty and waterless land, with its venomous snakes and scorpions. He brought you water out of hard rock.   Deuteronomy 8:11-18

He gave you manna to eat in the desert, something your fathers had never known, to humble and to test you so that in the end it might go well with you.   Deuteronomy 8:11-18

You may say to yourself, “ My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.”   Deuteronomy 8:11-18

But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today.”   Deuteronomy 8:11-18

16 for I say to you, I will no longer eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God." 17 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, "Take this and divide it among yourselves; Luke 22:14-23 (NKJV)

18 for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes." 19 And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, Luke 22:14-23 (NKJV)

"This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me "This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me." 20 Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you. Luke 22:14-23 (NKJV)

25  In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."

26  For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes. 1 Corinthians 11:25-26
