Include something about what you teach? Provide specific examples (whether or not have teaching experience)? Have too much edu-speak and jargon? Include any “red flags” or negativity? Look good visually? How could the statement be customized? Can some of this content be abstracted into a cover letter? Consider it as a persuasive essay
