All students data (attendance and concerns) start afresh from Monday 23rd May 2016 in regards to Prom Criteria. Attendance – 95% equates to 5 days off throughout an entire year. If your child is ill and has evidence of a doctors appointment then this will be discounted. Any illness where parents only call in will not be authorised. Behaviour Points – these include concerns such as High Level Disruption, Truancy, Standards, Homework, etc. LLD Points – these are measured separately to behaviour points. Late to School – a student is deemed late if they arrive to lesson after the second bell at 8.35am. If there is a genuine and unavoidable circumstance then a letter or note must be handed to reception signed by parent/guardian which will then be discounted. QUESTIONS?
