How old is the Mansion? Old. Over a hundred years old! It was built in 1904. Originally, it was going to be HUGE with 15 bedrooms and a solarium. But for some reason, the government decided to make it a little smaller. ...maybe so it would be easier to clean! Open Question The Governors’ Mansion was not built with a fence to keep people out.
