Operational allocation rules: Reliable deliverance of infrastructure capacity: 1. no hindrance between trains of different t.o.c.’s 2. non - discriminating allocation of existing capacity 3. optimal usage of infrastructure We act with operational allocation rules. / 24/11/2018 12

Preparation for mainline (re-) construction works (1): Agreements made in advance for 2000-2006: 1.always 2 main tracks available for scheduled trains 2. 4 weekends per year for main steps in (re- )construction plan; no trains Amsterdam- Breukelen-Utrecht 3. measures in the train schedule to help construction works in the intervals between the weekends Visit to VLTC Amsterdam / 26 January 2005 13
