This means $15 billion in lost revenues every year just to maintain the status quo......

Where are staff going? Many remain in the industry – they circulate. Industry needs to accept that people are more transient than ever before.

How is the industry reacting? - perhaps not as well as it can:

inadequate opportunities; limited professional development; inadequate succession plans; gender imbalances; image problems; low fees etc
