BTS3803E Initial Configuration BTS3803E Initial Configuration provides guidance about data preparation for creating a BTS3803E at the initial stage of network deployment. Writing oriented to user scenarios User scenario orientation Detailed description of GUIs Clarity and Concreteness Detailed description of data configuration Completeness

Writing oriented to user scenarios Level 1 of the document is organized based on user scenarios. Users read required information by scenario to ignore unnecessary information. Three configuration methods are available for initial configuration: Creating a Single NodeB (CME-based) Creating NodeBs in Batches (CME-based) Configuring a Single NodeB (Using MML Commands) (This method is presented starting from RAN16.0.)

Detailed description of GUIs Use detailed GUIs to ensure step-by-step operations. CME operations are complicated, and initial configuration requires many GUI operations. Detailed GUIs are provided to ensure step-by-step operations. In GUIs, operation steps are sequentially numbered. Configuration steps correspond to GUI description.

Detailed description of data configuration Chapters for configuration steps use detailed data configuration to ensure convenient operations. In each configuration step, “Context” describes all MOs and parameters to be configured.
