Upon receiving an invitation to register, a Selected supplier should go to https://app.suppliergateway.com/battelle and select the “Selected Supplier Registration” link. 11/24/2018
Next, enter the registration key from your invitation email and select the “Go” button. 11/24/2018
Next, you will need to view and accept the Access Agreement Next, you will need to view and accept the Access Agreement. You may also be asked to enter your Tax ID Number. 11/24/2018
The Supplier Registration page is next. Items in red font are required. 11/24/2018
The Primary Contact Information section of the Registration Page will collect the data used to create the user account. Be sure to include your correct email address to receive the login id and password information for future access. 11/24/2018
The bottom of the Supplier Registration page allows entry of certification information. Select the “Submit” button when the page is complete. 11/24/2018
The system will now allow you to complete the registration process by directing you to the Application Profile sections. It’s important that you understand that the bulk of the registration process remains undone. Select “I would like to complete the application now” to continue. 11/24/2018
There are a total of 10 Application/Profile sections that need to be completed to complete the process. The Application/Profile Sections drop down list allows you to see every section and the status of each section. You need to convert the status of each section to “Complete” by providing the required information and selecting either the “Click to Complete” link at the bottom of the main section page. 11/24/2018
The first section is the “Certificates” section The first section is the “Certificates” section. You have the option to add any diversity or quality certifications and attach a copy of the certification by selecting “Add Certification”. If you don’t have any, you can simply select the “Click to Complete” link to complete the section. 11/24/2018
The “Other Representations & Certifications” section requires you to download the appropriate form from the Battelle external website at: http://www.battelle.org/doing-business-with-us/suppliers/representations-certifications, complete, scan and upload it using the “Upload Attachment” link. (Use the lowest scan resolution to keep the file small) 11/24/2018

The system will provide confirmation when you have successfully submitted the section with the uploaded form. 11/24/2018
The General Questionnaire section contains some specific questions that are important to complete. 11/24/2018
Please be sure to scroll down and complete all of the applicable questions. Remember to select “Done” or “Save and Continue” when done. 11/24/2018
The Insurance section is optional, however, if you have the information, please enter it. When you have completed what you can, select the “Done” link to complete the section. 11/24/2018

The Primary Address is added to the Company Addresses page automatically. You can add address information for other locations, then complete the section by clicking the “Done” link. 11/24/2018
The Financial & Workplace section includes required questions (labeled in red font). Please complete this page then select the “Click to Complete” link. 11/24/2018
The Company Ownership section is required The Company Ownership section is required. Click the “Add Ownership” link to get the pop-up form. At a minimum, complete the required fields and submit. Remember to select “Done”” when complete. 11/24/2018
The Other section contains many required questions The Other section contains many required questions. Be sure to answer them, or the system will not allow you to continue. Select “Click to Complete” when done. 11/24/2018
The Categories section allows you to select the Product or Service area that your company primarily operates. Select the ‘Drop Down’ to expand the view to see all of the commodities. Please note you may only select ‘ONE” Category. Make sure to select “Done” when complete. 11/24/2018
When you have completed all 10 sections, the system will present you with the Profile Checklist screen. You can review any section by selecting the appropriate link. To submit your application and complete the process, select the “Submit Application” button. 11/24/2018
You will see an Application Submitted confirmation page when you have completed the process. 11/24/2018
