EVALUATION 1 (10%): INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT– REVIEW OF A JURNAL ARTICLE ON EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP  You are required to search an empirical/conventional research jurnal articles relating to research in education leadership (last five years). Based on your understanding of the article prepare a 2 page review based on the following sub-topics:   What is the objective of the study and its relevance to education policy? (4 marks) Prepare a summary the literature review (4 marks). What is the research design, instrument and describe how data is collected (4 marks). What are the major findings of the study (4 marks). What is the contribution of the study to education leadership in theory or practice? (4 marks). The assignment cover must have Course Code, Name of Lecturer, Assignment No and Title of Article, Matrix Number and Name of student and the journal article included as appendix.
