2014 Compensation Planning (TTMS) Forms Launched to Managers (Local HR and SR HR has Executive edit capabilities) Form advance to holding area Local HR no longer has edit access (read only), and SR HR leaders are in control of all edits 14-Jan 27-Jan 4-Feb One form per manager All MIB eligible and TM’s earning $100,000 or greater (US equivalent) will be included Managers access available through 27-Jan Managers can no longer make changes Local HR and SR HR leaders maintain edit capabilities through Executive Review function 6-Feb SR HR no longer has edit access (read only) and Segment review with the Executive Leadership Team begins Final Financial results updated and final MIB adjustments can be made Preliminary Financial results (ROIC) added for MIB payment 17-Feb MARCH 7-Feb Available to Managers for discussions with their direct reports Available to HR for payroll processing of MIB payments and merit/other increases Forms are in the “Complete” status
