Background Sub-group kick off meeting on 12 Dec 2014 One year mandate Scope of work Ensure sustainability of materials from the Are3na study on SOS Propose updates of: TG for Download Services D 2.9 “Guidelines for the use of Observations & Measurements and Sensor Web Enablement-related standards in INSPIRE Annex II and III”

Agreed approach Identify and document relevant use cases (after kick off teleconference of of 12 Dec 2014) Identify and document relevant use cases Template developed, based on TWG documentation Use case inventory to be used for Identification of resources within the scope of MIWP7-a Communication of best practices on the benefit of INSPIRE/SOS to decision makes Three implementation testbeds foreseen Developers of INSPIRE/SOS software implementations (e.g. 52N INSPIRE/SOS implementation, AIT air quality SOS, etc.) Data providers Use of clients (desktop, web)
