What is the DofE? The DofE is the nationally and internationally recognised Award favoured by employers and universities alike. Over time, we build confidence, dedication and commitment, attributes we all want to see in our young people in school, life and in the workplace.

What is the DofE? The Adventure Starts here…. Recognised all over the world! Gives a student an ‘edge’ when applying to college, university or work Gain many skills which will improve self esteem and confidence Shows ‘stickability’ and commitment It’s not easy to achieve the Award (on average only 50% of students who enrol on the Award will achieve their Bronze)

When can I start?

All Applications should be submitted to me by Monday 5th March The DofE at Garstang Enrolment Maximum 50 places Complete Enrolment Form PLUS!!! Letter of Application (To include why you want to do the Award and your ideas about what you’d like to do for some of the sections) All Applications should be submitted to me by Monday 5th March A list of successful applicants will be posted on the DofE Notice Board on Friday 9th March and your parents will be informed via Parentmail.
