Pink Sheets Kindly fill the columns on the right side of each pink sheet, for example how much tithe, Sabbath school and other offerings on that pink sheet. Carry forward that total to the next page as an opening balance, continue this process until you reach the final page of that particular month. Do a grand total of Tithe & offerings on the last page and clearly notify which offerings are for conference and which are for local church. Your total on the pink sheets which you are sending to the conference should match with the banking of that month. If there is any discrepancy kindly notify that. If there is a local offering return by cheque or BACS, kindly notify that on the last page of your report.

Deposit Slips Kindly send the deposit slips along with your monthly Tithe & offering report which you send to the conference. When you do your banking, kindly bank the cheque’s separate and cash separate.
