Geography Unit 3: Are the Olympics really global?

Does the Olympic Games benefit EVERYONE GLOBALLY? What does this mean? The goal of the Olympic Movement is to contribute to building a peaceful and better world by educating youth through sport practised without discrimination of any kind, in a spirit of friendship, solidarity and fair play. Does the Olympic Games benefit EVERYONE GLOBALLY?

Is there a relationship between wealth and medals at the Olympics? Task 1: Choose one of the following hypotheses: There is NO relationship between wealth and medals at the Olympic Games There IS a relationship between wealth and medals at the Olympic Games. Write your chosen hypothesis in your book Give two reasons for your chosen hypothesis.
