EMS Evaluator roles and responsibilities Evaluation of providers according to WA State Standards for EMS Evaluators using evaluation tools provided by the Training Coordinator and approved by the Medical Program Director Submits evaluation documentation to Educator/Training Coordinator at the end of the evaluation session Reports performance deficiencies to the educator and participates with the educator and training coordinator in building remediation plans for providers/students who do not meet minimum standards performance.
