The State Treasury Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan Developing the State Budget Execution Report: functions of the Treasury As per the Guidelines on the State Treasury Agency, the Treasury is a body of executive power performing cash execution of the budget and recording such transactions. Th Treasury is responsible for developing the Budget Execution Report, Guidelines on treasury transactions accounting, drafting the Law on the State Budget Execution.

Quarterly statements are generated before the end of the next month. Annual statement and draft Law are developed before April 25 of the next month.
