Incomplete fulfillment of current legislation requirements by Federal customs Комплексная медицинская информаци­онная система позволяет организовать в клинике полный электронный до­кументооборот и создать единое ин­формационное пространство ЛПУ, включая его отдаленные подразделения. Главный результат внедрения КМИС – объединение всех процессов ЛПУ (диагно­стических, лечебных, административных, хозяйственных, финансовых) и их автома­тизация. Основной акцент в КМИС сделан на лечебно-диагностический процесс. Что получает ЛПУ после внедрения КМИС: • повышение качества и доступности оказываемой медицинской помощи; • повышение эффективности труда персонала, за счет автоматизации рутинных операций при оформлении различных документов, исключения ручного заполнения форм, бланков и т.д; • снижение вероятности ошибки, путем уменьшения влияния человеческого фактора; • предоставление доступа к необходимой информации с минимальными временными затратами, улучшения взаимодействия между структурными подразделениями поликлиники за счет организации единого информационного пространства ЛПУ; • существенная экономия ресурсов за счет автоматизации взаимодействия с ФОМС, МИАЦ и прочими структурами; • улучшение управления человеческими, организационными и материальными ресурсами; • увеличение эффективности диагностики и лечения за счет возможности одномоментного получения всей информации о пациенте за все периоды его пребывания в этом ЛПУ, а также благодаря возможности добавления в базу данных информации о результатах исследований, консультаций из других ЛПУ и наличию развитой автоматизированной аналитической составляющей в ПО КМИС; • отсутствие риска утери данных, возможность неоднократной и быстрой выдачи снимков, заключений, лабораторных анализов и т.п. на руки пациенту; • увеличение полезного времени общения врача с пациентом; • осуществление автоматизированной поддержки при принятии решений. Автоматизация ЛПУ упрощает рабочие процессы и повышает их эффективность. Контроль, учет и планирование в единой системе ведут к улучшению условий работы персонала и качества предоставляемых населению услуг, а также повышению конкурентоспособности ЛПУ на рынке.
