Novels and Homework Three novels we will" definitely” read: Number the Stars Fever 1763 Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry I don’t give a test at the end of each novel. (I do give vocabulary tests throughout the novel.) Instead they have a choice of projects to choose from. I try to give a portion of class time to start assignments I will incorporate “Latin roots” as a part of my program this year
