GIECP Year 2 Update Carolina Energy Workforce Consortia One of the 9 states engaged in GIECP Get Into Energy Career Pathways initiative is a Gates funded initiative focused on Low Income Young Adults Recruiting and preparing low income young adults between the ages of 16 and 26 to enter into energy jobs.
