GIECP Year 2 Update Carolina Energy Workforce Consortia One of the 9 states engaged in GIECP Get Into Energy Career Pathways initiative is a Gates funded initiative focused on Low Income Young Adults Recruiting and preparing low income young adults between the ages of 16 and 26 to enter into energy jobs.

Metrics – No of Students: GIECP Year 2 Update Metrics – No of Students: Recruited - 229 Met with Case Mgr. - 59 NCRC Credential - 42 Employability Skills Credential - 24 Energy Industry Fundamentals Credential - 0 Enrolled in a program - 29
