IEEE P2302 SIIF Status Major Accomplishment for 2014 Added a new sub-group called Intercloud SLA Incorporated multiple revisions to the Intercloud SLA section of the draft document. Latest version 0.6 of the draft document is scheduled for approval by voting members in the upcoming meeting scheduled for June 26th, 2014. Adaptive Management for Cloud Computing Study Group Scope The work being under study will investigate whether there is sufficient interest to develop an architecture for a management environment that will work “hand-in-hand” with the adaptive nature promised by a cloud service providing solutions to provide predictive, adaptive and context-based management of cloud environments. Adaptive Management for Cloud Computing Study Group Purpose Cloud computing promises a highly adaptive, rapidly changing means of delivering services to customers when, where and in the manner wanted. For such a vision to become reality, the management systems supporting cloud environments need to mirror the adaptive, changing nature of the service delivery systems, otherwise as systems introduce faults, evolve and react to their changing context. Without a change in management.
