Registration for New Nonprofits (Nonprofits that haven’t registered before in Give2GROW)

Registration – New Nonprofits Go to give2growphelps.org Click on “Login” in the upper right corner and select “Nonprofit”

Registration – New Nonprofits Press the Red Button

Registration – New Nonprofits Fill in the application Be sure to complete all fields with an *

Registration – New Nonprofits Check your email for confirmation

Registration – New Nonprofits After Phelps County Community Foundation reviews your registration and approves, you’ll receive a second email containing a link to create a password and fill out your profile. Use this link to return to the site.

Registration – New Nonprofits Set your password and login Select “Organizations” from the top menu to view your profile

Registration – Editing Your Profile Scroll down past the directions Click on the blue “Edit Organization Profile” button to edit your profile

Registration – Editing Your Profile Edit your profile. Be sure to complete all required fields: Organization Name EIN Email Logo Category that best describes your mission Organization Phone Number Mission Statement Click “Save Profile”

Registration - Submitting your Profile After you’ve made edits you MUST submit your profile for review Once submitted, you’ll see that your profile status changes, and the Submit for Approval button disappears.

Registration – Profile Approval Check your email. After Phelps County Community Foundation has reviewed your profile, you’ll be notified.

Registration – Overview for New Nonprofits Nonprofits that are new to GiveToGROW STEP 1: Go to GiveToGROWPhelps.org STEP 2: Select “Nonprofit” from the Login menu in the upper-right STEP 3: Press the red button for new registrations STEP 4: Fill in the application STEP 5: Check your email. Phelps County Community Foundation will review your application and notify you once approved or if further action is needed STEP 6: Using the link provided in the email, return to GiveToGROWPhelps.org and complete your profile STEP 7: Submit your profile for approval STEP 8: Check your email. Phelps County Community Foundation will review your profile and notify you once approved to publish Remember: Profiles will not be visible to the public until scheduled donations open on October 15

Registration for Returning Nonprofits (Nonprofits that participated before in Give2GROW)

Registration – Returning Nonprofits Go to give2growphelps.org Click on “Login” in the upper right corner and select “Nonprofit”

Registration – Returning Nonprofits Log into your account

Registration – Returning Nonprofits Select “Organizations” from the top menu to view your profile

Registration – Returning Nonprofits Scroll past the directions Profile Status is “Organizational updates required” If staff has specific comments for you, they will appear after the red “Suggested Profile Changes” text The Submit Changes is inactive until after you’ve edited your profile Select the blue ”Edit Organization Profile”

Beyond the Profile… Now that you’re approved, explore the other tabs in your profile. Donation Information: overview of who’s donating to your organization, amounts and methods Donation Levels: Set donation levels so your donors know how their donation is making a difference Programs: Tell donors more about your programs Events: Tell donors more about your events Multimedia: Upload videos and images to help tell your story
