Center for Women and Children “Nendre” in Vilnius, Lithuania Justina Donielaite

“Nendre” was established in 1998 by the initiative of the Women’s Club Devyndarbe (LT), the Åland Islands Peace Institute and Emmaus Åland (FI). Our aim is to provide parents and children from socially and economically disadvantaged families with a safe and secure day to day environment and to support their full participation In society. We offer kindergarten services, non-formal education for school children as well as social support and counseling for their parents.

Strengthening family ties, but also strengthening each individual for making his or her own decisions, developing critical thinking skills and taking charge of their own life. We offer kindergarten services, non-formal education for school children as well as social support and counseling for their parents.
