Absences and Tardies Procedures Call the absence Hotline 281.641.2919 Send a note on their return the next day (absence will be unexcused after 2 days) Tardies Your child is tardy/late after 8:00 a.m. and has to be checked in through the school office

Breakfast & Lunch Procedure All pre-Schoolers have free breakfast this school year Breakfast starts at 8:00-8:30 Lunch is at 10:20 -10:50 Payments can be made through this link https://www.schoolcafe.com/

Health and Fees To avoid and/or curb the spread of infection •Your child should stay home if he/she has fever, diarrhea, vomiting or on a fever reducing medication. •Your child must be 24 hours fever/diarrhea free to return to school. •Green or Yellowish nasal discharge should be monitored at home until clear before sending your child to school. Dismissal Procedure Dismissal is at 1:50-2:05 PM •Bus riders •Car riders-Will dismiss from the Soccer Field car rider loop Please ensure your “Car Rider” tag is visible. •Bus riders Parents have to be at child’s designated stop to pick them up. If not at the stop, your child will be brought back to school. If this happens 3 times, your child’s bus privilege will be suspended for one week. If it occurs 4 times, it will be suspended for a year (kindly refer to the student handbook) For safety Reasons: We cannot release students who are car riders/bus riders to anyone who walks up to pick them up. To change mode of dismissal for a day or permanently Send a note in your child’s folder or notify the office no later than 12:45 pm on the day this change is taking place. Do not send an e-mail or leave this message on the classroom telephone. Phone messages is not monitored while the students are in school.
