Goals and Expected Outcomes: Strategies Driving Collaboration: Formalize and plan ongoing collaborative activities among training centers in the Southeast Expand and maximize access to HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment trainings for health care providers in the Southeast Strategies Driving Collaboration: Institute quarterly partner conference calls Host a 1.5 day strategic planning meeting with training center partners Develop and launch a SE FTCC website (www.cicatelli.org/seftcc) Deliver 3 collaborative webinars, including 1 in Spanish NTC for Integrating Hepatitis into HIV/STD Prevention Services (VHNET)

Lessons Learned: Next Steps: Formalizing the collaboration and identifying joint training opportunities allowed the SE FTCC to identify training gaps across multiple training centers Providers across training center target audiences need additional resources and training on substance abuse and HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention. Next Steps: Conduct quarterly partner conference calls to discuss Additional collaborative activities Partners’ trainings & resources Website updates Utilize SE FTCC website as a tool for sharing regional training resources and information Co-sponsor at least 2 trainings/webinars each year Collaborate on grants and other HIV/AIDS initiatives
