FEMS Re-Engineering Details Converted from : a Stand alone DOS based FoxPro application to a Client-Server Developer 6i – Oracle 9i application with all the features of Multi user system. The work done by M/s Data Flex Systems in 2003-2004. 26 November 2018

FEMS Development Process M/s Data flex was handling FEMS Software Development till Jul-2005 Many suggestion/ modifications were suggested by users. Also at HO level various information / Analysis is required. However finally IT HO has taken over software from M/s Dataflex for future developments , maintenance and Errors corrections in Aug-2005 Accordingly IT , HO has issued First Amendment of FEMS in Aug-2005. Other FEMS Related Development LT Data (mi17) :- Now all the 3 files i.e. IP-Comm master , IP-commercial consumption and others consumption are made sub division wise in case of multiple sub division / Division Billing Data. So all the issues are now cleared using the latest software program i.e di17 program. The program is already issued vide amendment no. LT 10/05 26 November 2018

Other FEMS Related Development HT Data :- Issues of HT consumption for HT consumer having 2 meters has already been solved and software is already issued in Sept-2005. The issue of Captive consumption is also solved and software is already issued in Sept-2005. 26 November 2018

FEMSTAB File Creation Steps:- Please map the feeders to the billing units by entering the Billing unit and the Computer Center code Please Run the form “femstab.fmx” to generate the FEMSTAB file after energy audit has been done. This form will prompt for the Energy Audit Month . Enter the EA month & press the “generate file” button . The FEMSTAB file for the month will be generated in ‘c:\fems\data’ folder. Please send this file to respective IT center. 26 November 2018
