Traditional Repair

Traditional Repair Method - Customers sign maintenance and repair contracts with the original vendors during the time of equipment purchase. -Faulty Unit is collected from the field by the customers staff and sent to the original vendor for repair/replacement. - Time Consuming Expensive Process with minimum customer interaction. No know-how transfer Maintenance & Repair Contracts What happens when a unit gets faulty? How is the performance?

Difficulties for the Customer 1.Many vendors have only one repair center globally 2.Return time for repair of any unit is typically not less than 8-12 weeks 3.If the fault is not corrected in the first repair round, the same repair process starts all over again for the same unit. 1.Due to time consuming repair process, customers are obliged to buy more and more spares everyday 2.This also brings larger warehouse requirements to keep the spares 3.In parallel, more staff is required to manage the spares 1.Huge spare parts costs 2.Expensive warehousing and storage costs 3.Logistical and resource costs Bottlenecks of Traditional Method Expensive Time Consuming Huge Spares Stock Required More OPEX Requirements 1.Costly fault repairs done by the original vendors 2.Repair costs and margins not transparent to the end customer 3.Many maitenance contracts enforce replacement instead of repair YOU ARE SPENDING MORE AND GETTING LESS!!!

Our Approach

Glotech Repair Process A sample non- faulty unit from each type of unit is provided to CellTech by the customer for a period of 1 week maximum Maximum 3 weeks 2. When a faulty unit is provided, i-v characteristics of faulty and non- faulty units are compared Electronic Hardware Repair Process 1. CellTech stores the i-v characteristics of the non-faulty unit and prepares a price quote Overall process does not take longer than 3 weeks including transportation! Huge Time Savings = Less Spare Parts = Less CAPEX investment 3. Faulty components are identified and replaced under full ESD protection.

Benefits for the Customer 1.Our repair time for any unit does not exceed 3 weeks 2.This results less spares stock requirements for our customers to run their businesses 3.Hence less CAPEX investments 1.Less spare stocks means smaller warehouses 2.Smaller warehouse means less staff 3.Since our services require minimum management, our customers always save from OPEX expenses 1.All faulty units are repaired under full compliance with universal standards and ESD protection. 2.All cards are tested before they are delivered to the customer. 3.Extensive warranty is provided for each repaired unit 1.Each repaired unit is handed over to the customer with proper fault and repair report 2.These reports include extensive information about the fault and how it was repaired 3.These reports facilitate tracking of the fault types and repairs CAPEX Savings OPEX Savings Reliability Proper Documentation Benefits for the Customer Minimum 30% OPEX + CAPEX Savings Minimum 30% OPEX + CAPEX Savings
