The prominent textile spare part and accessories producer of Turkey Tütüncüler was established in May 1986 as one of the family companies. Initially its interest area became apparent with the production of spare parts of Oil Marketing, Technical Isolation, Automotive, and Textile Machines. Specializing since 1995, the company has become a preferred TURKISH Brand of the textile industry both inside and outside Turkey with the expert and experienced team under the mechanical engineer msc İlter Tütüncü. İlter Tütüncü completed his Mechanical Engineering education in Istanbul Technical University and Berlin Technical University. In Germany he gained experience by studying on Engineering Plastics. In 1978 when he returned to Turkey he started to work in Koç Group as an engineer and later he rose to the position of company manager. Later he founded his own companies. TÜTÜNCÜLER ENGINEERING produces and sells spare parts of the automatic tool change assembly of Zinser and Rieter spinning machines (Co-We-Mat and Doffer).

Inside grippers for Zinser 319 and 321 models and outside grippers for 330 and 421 top models are produced in TÜTÜNCÜLER. Also in line with your support and suggestions we have succeeded to put T-400 and T-500 TURKISH gripper into your service, which is developed as a beneficial model as a result of our own research and development. We produce these grippers that have more advantages over other grippers. We also produce standard and head grippers used in Rieter 30 and 33. Especially the membrane in the gripper is produced above the world standards. Along with the original materials, materials that will increase quality and usage are used in the produced parts. After being controlled to all the produced parts compliance and durability tests are applied. So, we offer the opportunity to change the parts with their substitutes. T-500 TURKISH GRIPPER We have done the best to serve to our country and to the world!  Advantages over other grippers: T-500 is a cop gripper developed for Zinser Ring Co-We-Mat group. As it can clutch cop or bobbin all around it takes and moves them to the place in every position. Its carrying and holding feature is much better than its equivalents. It is especially a preferred gripper for the heavy cops working with thick spinning. It is affixed to the Zinser grippers’ place directly and works with them without any amendments. Spinner axis measures are the same (T=T/70-75/82.5mm. etc) It especially holds and carries the cops without any top metal ring better. Operating pressure can work between 3.00 and 7.00 bar. As a result it is economical and it saves a large amount of pressured air. (In two years it pays itself off) When the T-500 B Gripper cage is removed, as the T-505 Valve is a safety valve it prevents direct air leakage. T-500 C Turkish head provides smoothness during the placement of especially broken cops on the line and spinner spindles. Against much impact it comes loose and prevents the cop gripper from being broken. It is the most economical, functional and durable of its equivalents in today’s standards. It is GUARANTEED for one year in normal facility conditions. After more than three-year trial run in AR-GE and ALTINYILDIZ factories it is put into service as the First Turkish Gripper. Its difference from T-500 gripper is that its cop inlet is larger than T-500, therefore it is preferred especially for the machines that have a lot of bobbin axis eccentricity. As it can clutch cop or bobbin all around it takes and moves them to the place in every position. Its carrying and holding feature is much better than its equivalents. It is especially a preferred gripper for the heavy cops working with thick spinning. It is affixed to the Zinser grippers’ place directly and works with them without any amendments. Spinner axis measures are suitable for T=82.50mm. It especially holds and carries the cops without any top metal ring better. Operating pressure can work between 3.00 and 7.00 bar. As a result it is economical and it saves a large amount of pressured air. (In two years it pays itself off) When the T-400 B Gripper cage is removed, as the T-405 Valve is a safety valve it prevents direct air leakage. T-200 GRIPPER It is used in Zinser Ring Co-We-Mat group. According to their bobbin diameters they are produced in Violet (V), Earth Color (E), Red (R) and Blue (M) colors and measures. Technical plastics that are used have been chosen from the impact and abrasion resistant materials. To facilitate the spare part order the technique has been illustrated. The thickness of the T-201 rear casing plastic has been increased in line with the suggestions and reinforced. Likewise the thickness of the T-202 Greenish blue plastic has been increased and its spindle passing has been arranged into a more frequent mode. On demand the T-204 Latch casing can be produced from high strength materials. All the parts can be provided as single or as a group. T-30/33 GRIPPER The first gauze membrane has been produced! Used in Rieter Ring Machines (Automatic Tool Change) group. Used confidently in G-30/33 models safely. Produced in accordance with the measures. It is produced on demand with special head to take cops properly and place the needles correctly and accurately. Thus the spinning’s being wrapped to the spinners is prevented. Especially the T-303 Membrane materials are produced from a material mixture having special flexibility and endurance. It is very long lasting. Unlike others it does not crack, blowout or become deformed during the temporary or long term shutdowns. Our first membrane produced nine years ago are still used in TOPKAPI İPLİK factory. As it is produced from gauze material it does not leave stains. T-302 Thimbles clutch very well and they do not pop out over the membrane under the pressured air and cause air leakage. It is not harmful to human health. It is not affected from sticky environment and water. It is very long lasting and sold at a reasonable price. When its original is given guarantees are given. Parts match to the original. T-101/6 Inside GRIPPER: It is used in Zinser Ring Co-We-Mat group (former model). Especially the balloon materials are produced from a material that has high flexibility and endurance. It is very long lasting. Some of them are still used in AK-AL and AKYILDIZ factories after nearly 18 years. According to their cop measures they are produced in different 4 measures. It is in its original measures and guaranteed. It is produced in our country and is serviced to Turkey and abroad. Co-We-Mat Conveyor Line Pegs and Washers They are produced from the impact and abrasion resistant Engineering plastics. Centring is of importance in production. For the screw to be fixed and operate well tread is pulled with a special taper. It is produced in 0 19,00; 21,00; 23,50; 26,00 mm size in our production.
