VIDEO PROJECTOR (VP) Projects images onto screen from sources such as PC, Blu-ray, Document Camera, iPad, etc. VGA, RCA, HDMI, DVI inputs (depending on model) MTSS uses various models of Epson Found in most media classrooms and on all COWs Portable models for off-campus use Can be checked out by faculty and staff only

FUNCTION OF RACK COMPONENTS HDMI/Composite inputs - Allows users to plug in external media devices to use through the media system. Blu-ray player - Plays Blu-ray discs, DVDs, and CDs through the projector and house sound system. PC - Displays computer content Tuner - The system’s cable TV channel tuner, which is controlled through the touch panel. Crestron Processor - The ‘brains’ of the system. A complete presentation control and signal routing solution for classrooms. Integrating the control system, multimedia switcher, audio processor, and amplifier into a single 2-space rack mount package. The processor eliminates the need for separate components without forfeiting performance or flexibility. RS-232 ports - provides two independent bidirectional RS-232/422/485 COM ports. Typical applications include control of display devices, switchers, lighting systems, security systems, and more. Kramer HDMI Switcher - Allows for multiple HDMI inputs to be routed into a single HDMI output. Power Conditioner - Device that acts in one or more ways to deliver a voltage of the proper level and characteristics to enable rack equipment to function properly.
