VeNí Service-focused Approach

VeNí Service-focused Approach Understanding all the activities performed within an organization from a service-focused perspective, allows key decision-makers to better manage the critical factors that drive customer and shareholder value. Factors such as cost, risk, and quality directly impact the customer experience, and properly managed, can ensure customer satisfaction.

VeNí’s Approach Drives Cost Savings The Service-focused Approach identifies the activities (processes) that support the delivery of critical services and uncovers non-value added activities (waste). By taking a customer-focused and service-focused approach, VeNí ensures the activities performed within an organization ultimately add value. Service-related processes are activities that directly provide value by transforming or shaping raw material or information to meet customer requirements Non-value adding processes are activities that take time, resources, or space but do not add to the value of the service (waste) Administrative processes are necessary activities that do not directly contribute to the value of the service (e.g., facilities maintenance, website management, event planning, etc.)

VeNí Service Value Health Indicator Total Cost Per Service Delivery The VeNí Service-focused Approach delivers a Service Value Health Indicator containing a quantitative assessment of the key factors (cost, risk, and quality) associated with each service revealing the value and overall health of each service. This information can be easily reported, prioritized, and analyzed to better manage service delivery VeNí Service Value Health Indicator 5 - Service05 4 - Service03 Size = Inherent Risk Quality 3 - Service06 Service01 2 - Service04 Service02 1 - 0 - $1,000 $2,000 $3,000 $4,000 $5,000 $6,000 Opportunity prioritization tool helps to visually illustrate the entire portfolio of opportunities and their: Estimated Returns Capability Scoring Summary and estimated weighting of the major risks identified Total Cost Per Service Delivery Service Name Cost Inherent Risk Quality (Service Maturity) Service01 $5,256 2,422 2 Service02 $3,176 2,256 1 Service03 $2,628 3,530 3 Service04 $1,118 6,422 Service05 $947 1,908 4 Service06 $3,895 2,218 FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY
