Observations of Monitoring Institute (Gauwahati University) Districts covered:- Jorhat, Sibsagar, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia and Kokrajhar. In all districts MDM is being served to the children. The children were satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. Teachers are not maintaining MDM registers. Irregularities of supply of rice and release of funds.
