Instructions The first time you open this template, immediately save the file by another name as a PowerPoint Presentation (.pptx), not as a PowerPoint Template (.potx). Please do not change text colors unless you are using a colored background. You can refer to the swatches on slide 3 for appropriate use. These swatches are built into this template, so if you click on the color picker, you can choose from the top row of theme colors. The fonts are all set to Open Sans. Please do not copy and paste text from another source unless you first copy and paste it into notepad or text pad to remove the formatting.

Pasted text Pasted text When inserting images into a slide, you must add “alt text” to describe the image. This practice is necessary to comply with accessibility requirements. To do this, right-click on the image and choose “Edit Alt Text.” A sidebar will open. Enter the text, then click anywhere in the slide to deselect the image. A phrase is sufficient.
