Phase 1 - The Student Landscape Address the first impressions of the campus, improve visitor and student experience Renovate first floor (west) of One Pace Plaza to create a new Student Union, study areas, and student commons; a new Welcome Center and Spirit Store; new Lubin branded entrance through the courtyard on B-Level with a Lubin learning lab and new Admissions Suite.
