Current Status at LLWR Gender Pay Gap Published Male vs Female Split Mean Pay 14.38%, Mean Bonus 22.50% Gender Pay Gap Published Female workers make 45% of workforce Male vs Female Split Bullying and Harassment Leadership Fairness and Meritocracy Challenge and Innovation Four key improvement themes emerged from workforce survey in 2017 Current Status at LLWR

Why are we doing this? It’s the right thing to do! It makes good business sense We need to recruit and retain the best talent The current status is not where we want to be Organisational awareness of ED&I is low This will be a multi-year effort Culture changes slowly Leadership is required The response is multi-layered: Policies Education Training Support Reinforcement Recruitment Why are we doing this?
