When you think of the U.S. in the 1960s, what comes to your mind? Peace, love, music, hippies, etc.? Or… War, violence, protests, riots, etc.?

The Civil Rights Movement (1955-1968) The Vietnam War (1959-1975) Around 58,000 U.S. soldiers died in the war The Civil Rights Movement (1955-1968) Led to positive changes in the U.S., but it was a tumultuous period
