Ilha das Rolas is located in Pemba, inside of Quirimbas Park, Cabo Delgado

The government suggested to the owner to manage half the island as a nature reserve, here you will find animals such as turtledoves.

The tourism complex has to provide services for accommodation, bar, restaurant, sports, fishing and diving facilities. Also they have provide electricity & water. The infrastructures to be built are 6 bungalows at the beginning, esplanade, reception, living room and offices. Also there is need to build infrastructure for Eco-tourism, and nautical sports such as diving, fishing and other sea related activities.
