Definition of migration Transfer or displacement of the population from one region to another or from one country to another, with the consequent change of residence

Migration in Chile Nowadays, people born in foreign territory currently living in the country situate around one hundred and twenty thousand, conformed mostly by immigrants from bordering countries and Venezuela, Colombia and Haiti.

Migration in the world The migration in the world affects a number of persons so highly that it reaches 258 millions in the world The countries with more immigrants in the world are: United States, Germany and Russia

Origin of the migration The migration comes from the times of before since the ancient companies were nomads, which with the time were remaining in a certain place

Why do people migrate? The people emigrate in general terms, for aspiring to find better labor, educational, wars, wage opportunities; which wants to say that these opportunities in his respective countries do not exist or not for all.

Advantages of the migration Improvement of the quality of life of the immigrant New personal and professional experiences I contact new cultures and expansion of the knowledge

Disadvantages of the migration Xenophobia and cultural barriers Idiomatic barriers Shortage of labor offer

Is migration good or bad? At my opinion the migration is good because to the people it gives possibilities of life and to the children a future better than in his native land, while his revenue is legal.
