Campbelltown Macarthur Greater Penrith Rhodes East Camperdown–Ultimo Collaboration Areas Bankstown Liverpool Randwick Kogarah ANSTO Collaboration Areas have been established to achieve a whole of government approach to managing places that either hold great potential, or face complex challenges in meeting the demands of urban growth. The collaboration between local councils, state agencies and other key stakeholders is facilitated by the Commission, to enhance the liveability, sustainability and productivity of the area. 2017-18 Collaboration Areas: Liverpool Greater Penrith Camperdown-Ultimo health and education precinct Randwick health and education precinct Rhodes East precinct 2018-19 Collaboration Areas: Kogarah health and education precinct Campbelltown-Macarthur Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) research and innovation precinct Bankstown health and education precinct and Bankstown Airport/Milperra industrial and urban services precinct This is a place-based approach.
