Career and College Navigators build program awareness with administration, faculty, staff, and the community; develop and implement student outreach/recruitment strategies; provide intensive, 1:1 educational case management and student success support (affective challenges); Facilitate enrollment, registration, academic advising, financial aid processes, etc. (logistic/systemic challenges) guide students through the individual career and academic planning (ICAP) process. Next Step Expand ICAP for postsecondary students ICAP work group forming to refine the APS ICAP definition; identify postsecondary student constituencies in Colorado; refine quality indicators and standards; expand the study of research-based evidence of APS ICAP need and benefit; align APS ICAP with secondary ICAP; develop additional tools and resources; learn about existing APS ICAP practices taking place at higher education institutions in and outside of Colorado; determine additional ways to implement and sustain APS ICAP; and determine appropriate methods to disseminate APS ICAP information.
