School History Jane John served in reading, math and written language identified in 2nd grade never retained Average of 10-12 absences/year Full Scale IQ-88 John not identified tested in 1st and 3rd grade retained in 1st grade (came up to grade level in math, but then fell back again in 2nd) Average of 3 absences/year Full Scale IQ-81

Personal History Jane lives with aunt who has full custody no medical issues except asthma Attention wanders Very social All friends are EC John lives with father and stepmother Early heart murmurs and ear infections served in Speech from 1st-3rd grade Wants to please Easily upsets and cries
