purpose A focus on developing an appropriate relationship among Finance (grants management), the Principle Investigator (Project Director) and Planning & Evaluation. Since these areas work together from the beginning of the approval of the grant until the end, methods for achieving timely and effective reporting will be explored to enhance communication and a broader understanding of each other's responsibilities. A focus on the importance of how alliances can lead to the success of both extension and research programs.
