Manage time by: Planning ahead Prioritizing tasks Limiting distractions

2. Take care of your body. Get plenty of rest Eat healthy Exercise regularly

3. Practice relaxation techniques when feeling overwhelmed. Don’t forget to take some deep breaths! Take a short break from the stress!
