Theme enhancements Three Enterprise theme and two Marketing theme releases in August: “Sticky” top navigation and CTA elements on most site pages NAU logo updates Enhancements around Styling, Navigation, Posts, and Forms Campuses now added to building field in Directory Bug fixes, updates, accessibility & functional improvements Theme feedback can be given at: https://nau.edu/web/theme-design-feedback-form/ More updates, features, and enhancements are coming!

https://nau.edu/its/learn/wordpress-editor Training update Training site has been updated at https://nau.edu/web/training/ Online self-guided trainings are now available! https://nau.edu/its/learn/wordpress-editor Closed Caption is available for all trainings Open labs are available and scheduled through the end of October

Mass migration status 180 sites have been migrated by WordHerd and 175 have had initial QA and menu work complete at https://vendor.hub.wp.nau.edu/ Roughly six sites remain to be migrated and are in final stages of processing New platform work is proceeding with a Dev and Test environment established. Prod is being built and a staggered launch process is envisioned to begin occurring in mid- October Site Steward work can continue with DIY sites currently in staging SiteImprove groups and reports are built Initial test group work has been positive and their feedback is being used to refine the process. Rollout to all areas will occur in October.

What’s coming While still being finalized, Quarter 2 (October 1 – December 31) high level deliverables currently include: Academic workflow rollout with University Marketing Directory enhancements and further integration with Faculty 180 Post enhancements and establishing toolset for syndication Search results page redesign Initial scoping of internal/external content split Plug-in review and rollout of additional plugin features Ektron decommission planning
