HELP Function Press F1 for help!! Or… Go to Home Page, click on File tab and Select Help

Zoom in / Zoom out Zoom In Zoom Out

Maximize / Minimize Window Click on the minus sign ( - )on top right corner to minimize Window Click on the box sign on top right corner to Maximize Ribbon

Restore / Minimize the Ribbon Click on the arrow sign to minimize and / or Restore the ribbon

Hide toolbars Press CTRL + F1 Before (Note the toolbar) After (Note that toolbar is hidden) Gone!!

How? Press CTRL + F1

Conclusion What do we do when we want to minimize the Ribbon? (Window) We Click on the minus sign on top right corner What do we do to zoom in our document? We slide the zoom sorter to the right or to the left. How can we find help in Word? We press F1 keyboard shortcut we can also find Help! How can we set our document to save in a default location? By Clicking on File menu, choose options, choose Save tab and browse to set in a default location.
