How to Create a Lesson Plan

What is a Lesson Plan? A lesson plan is a teacher's detailed description of the course of instruction for an individual lesson.

What Is Included? Title of the lesson Amount of time required Minutes, hours, days Materials needed Supplies/resources Description of activities Objectives What students will learn or be able to do once they complete the activity. Lesson Steps

Lesson Plan Activity Create a lesson plan for a preschool classroom Make sure that you include everything stated on the previous slide Also include a sample of what the completed activity should look like. Teacher’s Notes: You could also have the students present their activity to the class. You could then let their classmates grade them on creativity and did it satisfy the objectives of the lesson. Also would it catch and hold the attention of the kids.
