What can we learn from adam Peaty? To be the best we can be we have to work incredibly hard. Adam swims for 35 hours a week and then is in the gym for an extra 15 hours a week. He spent 8 years to show the world how good he is in 57 seconds. We must listen to others that want to help. I met Adam's coach Melanie who has trained him every day for 8 years. She tells him what to do. To be healthy. Adam has a very good diet!

He signed my swim cap and daddy got carried away and bid In a charity auction for me to swim with him and be trained by his coach for an hour and we won adam's swim cap from the Rio Olympics.
