Transfer all listing details to MLS (multiple listing service.) Take a picture of the property. Get keys cut if necessary. Affix a lock box. Put up the sign. Write an ad for the property. Design an ad space for the ad. Place the ad in appropriate media. Ensure proper rotation of the ad. Make cold calls to source new buyers and sellers. Knock on doors to source buyers and sellers. Preview homes for prospective buyers. Show home to prospective buyers. Prepare feature sheets of the home. Deliver the feature sheets to the home owner. Organize an open house. Attend the open house. Remain up to date on all showing of your home. Help negotiate the best price. Etc.
