ModWorX Pro – Calibration, Verification Upgrade Version 4.2.0 2017 / 2018

Upgrades Calibration Reports now shows the calibration of the input in As Found/As-Left values. Current and previous verifications are stored for reporting purposes. This allows a Verification, Calibration, Verification cycle to be reported in a single download.

Verification The verification procedure has not changed, minimizing training needs on the new software. 2 Verifications are saved in the device (Current and Previous) Note that the user only can view the “Error (% of FS)” column while calibrating. If the user wishes to see that in a report (and the new mode is being used) it can be seen by using Scanner Data Manager software. ModWorX does not support this reporting feature.

Calibration The calibration procedure has not changed, minimizing training needs on the new software. The columns are labeled “Applied/As Left” and “As-Found”. Applied/As-Left is the measurement value applied to the sensor As-Left is value of the measurement based on the previous calibration.

Verify, Calibrate, Verify Verification results after completing the Verify, Calibrate, Verify cycle.

Configuration Page No changes have been made to the configuration page for the inputs. The configuration pages show the current calibration and verification

Reporting Upgrades The download reports presents the current and previous verification data plus the current calibration values. Calibration and verification notes are also supported.
