CSU/CPP ATI Status Report Annual process Used pre-established goals (with associated success indicators) for each area of emphasis: Procurement Instructional Materials Web Each campus response is compiled into an overall CSU status report. 11/27/2018

CSU ATI Status Report Procurement- 7/33 indicators improved Improvements: Exceptions and training Challenges: Evaluation and monitoring with feedback used for training and outreach; Pcard reviews Instructional Materials – 12/40 indicators improved Improvements – textbooks for late hire faculty, support for faculty for creating accessible materials & multimedia Challenges – accessibility requirements in curricular review; communication/training Web – 13/69 indicators improved Improvements: Communication for campus awareness Challenges: Monitoring and exemption process. 11/27/2018

CPP ATI Status - Current Procurement Improvements: ATI Review website for pre-reviews and status checking; resource added Challenges: outreach and training for other technical evaluator and informal product evaluations, ongoing training, Pcard monitoring Instructional Materials Improvements –support for emergency response to inaccessible multimedia Challenges – accessibility requirements in instructional materials and curricular review; communication/training; increased demand for DRC remediation of materials Web Improvements: Web refresh program developing accessibility-related standards and processes as part of project. Future Topic - CSU ATI Audit @ CPP Audit objective – To review the campus ATI program to ensure individuals are receiving equal access to programs, services, and activities. Scope: Campus policies and procedures related to administration of the campus ATI program, campus IT plan versus the CSU Annual ATI report and employee accommodations. Report is currently being draft. Possible outcomes include: Student representation Clear and measurable action plan steps Training and awareness Web compliance monitoring and follow-up procedures ATI procurement procedures and guidelines for Auxiliaries Campus commitment to accessible instructional materials 11/27/2018
