The infinitives of Verbs In Spanish, there are verbs that end in –AR, -ER, and –IR. Remember that the infinitive of a verb is the “to _____” form that would be found in a dictionary. Here are some –ER verbs in the infinitive.
Aprender To learn Aprender is often followed by a + infinitive of another verb. Example: Ustedes aprenden a hablar español.
agua, jugo, leche, refrescos Beber To drink agua, jugo, leche, refrescos water, juice, milk, pop
