Rough Draft Peer Edit Is their thesis placed appropriately and is their so what clear? Does the intro have a hook and appropriate context? Do their BTS’s have a clear argument? Is their evidence fully explained and appropriately integrated? Is their analysis supported with specific examples/evidence? Does it connect to the BTS and the thesis statement? Could they give more? Do they have appropriate transitions? Does their conclusion restate their thesis and synthesize their information?

The Other America Move to the suburbs left many behind in inner cities Didn’t see it because they didn’t live there anymore Housing Act of 1949 and the “Projects” Slums torn down for urban renewal efforts Not enough new low income housing built to replace those torn down Many left homeless or packed into overpopulated and uncompleted “projects” creating new slums American Indians abandoned
